How to use
For everyday use. We recommend you take 20mg (5 to 6 drops) under your tongue, up to three times a day. Hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.
CBD dosage is personal to you but as a rough guide we find that a 15ml bottle lasts about 1.5–2 months, which averages out at around just £1.40 per day.
